A bit about me
My name's Louise and I'm a highly experienced UK English copywriter, marketing translator, editor and proofreader with a passion for writing and a meticulous eye for detail (a rare combination in my experience!).
After spending over 10 years working as an in-house copywriter, translator and editor at one of the world’s leading transcreation agencies in London, where I headed up the English desk and was responsible for the overall quality of all English work, I went freelance in 2017 after moving to York with my young family. I now work with a variety of clients based in the UK and Germany, from large creative marketing agencies to small private clients.
Whether I’m creating an SEO-optimised product landing page, transcreating a press ad from German to English, editing a website that’s been written by a non-English native speaker or proofreading a brochure on corporate guidelines, you can be sure that the work I produce will hit the spot in terms of style, wording, consistency and accuracy.
